Rymura Races - Humans

While Humans may lack the longevity of Elves, the nimbleness of the Hin, or the heartiness of Dwarves, they more than make up for it in two things: Ingenuity and reproduction.

"When the nomadic tribes of the Parna began to put down roots and take up agriculture, their population quickly outgrew that of our own. We were fresh off victories over the Gnomes and Hin and did not act swiftly enough. The small infection that should have been burned out has now spread across the face of the world." - Warleader Teshwynn, Tarcian Empire - 183 SHD.

Humans of Rymura

Due to their prodigious ability to increase their numbers, and the quick decision making (relative to the other races), and proclivity to make these decisions based on emotions; Humans were well situated to usurp the elves and become the dominant race after the Second Elven War of Extermination and subsequent fall of the Elven First Empire.

Since then, humans of Rymura have built a continent spanning empire, had that same empire crumble to dust, and have witnessed numerous kingdoms rise from the ashes.
